We want you to feel absolutely confident and radiant on your special day. That’s why we offer a free, no-questions-asked return policy on all custom wedding dresses.
If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your dress, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of receipt.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your dress.

Dresses must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A return label will be provided and return shipping cost will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.

Once we receive and inspect the dress, your full refund will be processed to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days.
